近年來天然和人為災害的事件不斷的發生,造成了人類生命及財產上鉅大的損失,尤以火災對人們生活造成的威脅為烈,以國內現行法令要求,通常都是以一般性成人的角度去評估需求,對於兒童部份未作深入檢討,以兒童的教育空間幼稚園來談,當災難發生時,避難時間佔十分重要的部份,對於此並沒有做過相關的探討研究,在現行的法令上也沒有對幼稚園避難路徑有詳盡的要求,基於此本研究對於避難逃生時間作探討,以日本檢證方式之各項目因子,實測兒童步行速度,水平移動時間、垂直移動時間、集合時間及老師反應時間,作模擬避難逃生統計分析,同時比較公式因子,進而修改發展出適用於幼童避難的逃生需求時間,以提升對於幼稚園安全的需求。
In recent years, fire happened in buildings are frequent which caused loss of lives and properties seriously. But to compare young children with adult, they are much vulnerable to the fire. In domestic stipulated codes and regulations of fire escape, the government evaluate the requirements were considered in general to adult not to children. Thus evacuation time of children become a very important issue in fire escaping. Relative statistics of evacuation time in kindergarten has never been done before. Also we don’t have detailed requirement about egress for children in kindergarten. This research is concentrated on children’s evacuation time in fire. From measuring the gathering time, horizontal and vertical moving time of children’s actions in escape, we take the data as simulations to make the analysis. We will figure out suitable estimating evacuation time for children and improve the formula. Thus the results can be used to promote they safety requirement of kindergarten.
