本文擬從他者哲學的認識論途徑，以解構的角度來反思當代全球 化語境下的總體性論述，並探討「他者」與「自我」在認識論上和倫 理上的相關問題，期能超越傳統西方自我中心本位的認識論暴力，從 而建構一種非侵吞式的認識論，再現一個「沒有全球化的全球化」之 完全景觀。同時，進一步藉由列維納斯的「他者理論」批判性地來解 析北京「一個中國原則」的論述形式，期望兩岸間能建立起一種他者 倫理性的新關係，並向沒有「一個中國」的「整體中國」來開放，最 後析論兩岸人民是否因此而得以共有中國，並共享中國之可能性。

This article explores the totalizing discourse in the context of globalization, through the deconstruction perspectives of the epistemological approach based on the philosophy of Other. It examines epistemological and ethical stances with regard to ‘Other’ and ‘Self’, tries to transcend the epistemological violence of Western egocentrism, and constructs a non-appropriative epistemology, which could then represent a panorama of “globalization without globalization”. Meanwhile, the main purpose of this paper is to critically analyze the discourse of Beijing’s “OneChina Principle” within the framework of Emmanuel Lévinas’ theory of ‘Other’. It argues that both sides of the Taiwan Strait should establish a new relationship of “Other ethics”, and aims to make openness from without One-China toward a Whole-China. Therefore, the people on both sides will be able to share the community of the Whole-China.
