本文從文化研究的角度，透過全球化語境下的流動、離地、越界 和落地等概念來檢視地方的文化認同問題，以及藉由地方理論來反思 當代本土情境和在地發展策略，以尋求地方主體性和在地性的重建， 期以建構一種具多元地方感的彩虹文化之本土化論述形式。同時通過 「後殖民視野」的解構觀點來理解全球化歷史進程中的地方，企以超 越西方「論述主體」的歷史，俾於在全球化的語境下，建構一套具自 我主體性的本土化論述，以作為未來臺灣社會形構本土化論述之理論 參考與借鏡。

This article tries to examine the local cultural identity by using cultural studies concepts such as flow, off-ground, transgressions and to be grounded. This study seeks to reconstruct the subjectivity of the local culture and locality, and reflects on the context of contemporary local culture and local development strategy through the application of place theory. The purpose is to establish a localization discourse of Rainbow Culture with plural sense of place. This article explores the place in the process of globalization from the deconstruction perspectives of post-colonialism in the hope of transcending the Western style of narrative subject. Finally, my construction of localization discourse with self-subjectivity in this article could also inform and have implications for future localization discourses in Taiwan society
