中國國民黨在台灣執政五十多年，曾創造了許多輝煌的經濟成 果，但也留下許多未被清理的後遺症。本文列舉出四個亟待解開之經 濟矛盾的結： 在不加稅的前提下，增加社會福利支出的困境； 追 求產業發展與推動環保間的衝突； 金融問題中「概括承受」與「道 德風險」的糾葛； 對兩岸資金流動的疑慮。這些問題亟需獲得圓滿 的解決，否則就會成為台灣永續發展的絆腳石。

The Nationalist Party (Kuomintang) that governed Taiwan for more than fifty years, had made many splendid economic achievements, but also left many drawbacks to be solved. This articles lists the four economic paradoxes that need to be resolved: (1) how to increase the expenditure of social welfare without any increase in taxes; (2) how to balance industrial development and environmental protection; (3) how to avoid "support the troubled financial institutions" and "moral hazard" in dealing with financial problems, and (4) how to reduce the worries caused by the crossstrait capital movement. These problems must be satisfactorily solved; otherwise, they would become barriers to long term economic development in Taiwan.
