「山東流亡師生冤獄案」共歷時12年，且經3階段發展。首先是 1949年7月13日發生澎湖軍方強制將學生編入部隊的「713澎湖事 件」，即冤案引爆點；次為同年9月起，爆發一連串的「山東流亡師生 冤獄案」，是案發高潮；再次，當受編學生服役5年後，向國防部提出 退伍復學要求，於1955年4月25日在臺中火車站前集結絕食，即「425 臺中事件」，係冤案餘波。有關冤案口述、自述及相關研究雖夥，但立 論者多以受難者立場出發，而所徵引亦多受難人士之口述，致難免流於 臆斷渲染或有違客觀史實之嫌。然今相關檔案已解密公布，開放應用， 本文除利用檔案針對事件發展做歷史的檢證外，更在相關檔案卷帙裡發 現當年審判經過及政府曾嘗試平反的努力，但礙於軍法體制、審判程序 與承審人員內部掣肘，結果雖是無功，卻也已盡力。此係過往論述所未 觸及處，甚為關鍵，故本文有助於釐清、瞭解以往口述、報導等臆斷性 的認知。

Yet, due to the military jurisdiction system, the trial procedures and the internal conflicts within the office handling the case all led to futile result. All the above haven’t been explored by the past argumentation, and yet are the key to clarify and understand the speculative cognitions such as oral interpretations and related reports.
