繼上期〈十五世紀西洋繪畫的寫實主義和理想〉一文之後，此篇論文將探討盛期文藝復興繪畫的成就。依據時代精神和繪畫技法的發展、寫實觀以及藝術價值觀的變遷，逐件進行作品分析，然後歸納出盛期文藝復興繪畫的特色。實現物象和空間的和諧，以及體現崇高和完美的理想，是盛期文藝復興繪畫的最高成就。

This is a sequel to the article, “Realism and Idea of the 15th Century Western Paintings – a research based on early Netherlands and Renaissance paintings”, published in Arts Review, No.15 (2004). The purpose of this assay is to investigate the achievement of the High Renaissance paintings by analyzing a series of paintings respective to the evolution of zeigeist, the development of painting skill, and the change of views in realism and artistic value in order to induce characteristics of these paintings. Depicting the harmony of objects with their surrounding spaces and portraying the ideological visions of grandeur and perfection in human nature are the primary achievement of the High Renaissance paintings.
