This essay indicates that citrus industry Hsinchu is the most flourished
region during Japanese colonial period. However,it is not very flourishing during
early Japanese colonial period. It's due to a great deal of effort in Farmers'
Association. Since 1925 the Second Incentive Measures their not only expand
in amount,but also radically improved quality.Basically, it should be noted that
Hsinchu Chow Farmers' Association is to take a group improved way. In short,
the Farmers' Association have successive awarding policy incentively.Therefore,
Hsinchu area became famous and the most important citrus producing area during
the Japanese colonial period .
