盧金水（1925-2021）是淡水清水街人，其在淡水公學校（今新北市淡 水區淡水國小）畢業後任職淡水農會，並利用夜間於成淵學校（今臺北市立 成淵高中）完成學業。戰後他續留淡水農會工作，後入臺北市中山堂服務， 1990 年以總務組組長身分退休。 1944年4月，盧金水應募為臺灣海軍特別志願兵，因訓練期間表現優秀， 被軍方選派至日本海軍砲術學校培訓。同年 11 月，其於基隆搭乘特設巡洋 艦護國丸赴日，航途中所乘之船遭美軍潛艦伏擊沈沒，造成 300 名臺灣海軍 特別志願兵罹難，僅 88 人倖存，盧金水即其中一人，見證了第二次世界大 戰最激烈的時刻。 戰後淡水的有志青年自發學習中文、組織讀書會、利用清晨清掃街道， 將日本時代習得之愛國觀念轉移到新政權。集聚的青年其後組成淡水青年 隊，在二二八期間擔負維持治安任務，1947 年 3 月 3 日，青年隊欲接管淡 水駐軍武裝，前往水梘頭的國軍營區接收槍械，遭軍隊開槍驅離。事後，青 年隊受到國軍清算，隊員吳有德（1925-1947）被逮捕槍決，其餘成員或逃 亡、或辦理自新。水梘頭事件僅存少數零星記錄，缺少當事人說法，盧金水 為青年隊要角，藉由其口說呈現第一線參與者見聞，將補足所缺。盧氏尚且 為該事件中犧牲者吳有德密友，亦得對受難者形象有具體的側寫，為逝者留 下證言。

Mr. Lu Kin-sui(1925-2021) born in Ching-sui street, Tamsui Town. After he graduated from Tamsui elementary school, worked in Tamsui Farmer's association, and studied night class of Chen-yuan high school. After World War II, he changed to work in Taipei Zhongshan hall until retired as Director of General Affairs. Lu served as Navy volunteer in April 1944. Then selected to train in Japan Navy artillery school. On Nov 10, 1944, he arrived to Japan by Cruiser. Then bombard and sink under US submarine. Only 88 people survive, Lu is the lucky one. After World War II, Tamsui young people welcome the coming of new government, Lu and partners organized Tamsui Youth team. They met lots things during 228 Event. Some partner arrested and attacked by army, finally the team disbanded. Lu talked the story about his former teammates.
