臺灣省文獻委員會於 1971 年商得陳炳勳同意，將陳家古文書中 3 件北 路理番同知諭札告示由臺灣省文獻委員會保管。自此該 3 件與「陳炳勳家藏 古文書」分離長達 40 年，至 2011 年陳炳勳兒子陳柏熊向臺灣文獻館索還， 這 1 宗古文書才又復合。本文以 3 件塵封 40 年的北路理番同知諭札告示為 中心，嘗試就已經收錄於《臺灣公私藏古文書影本》、《臺北縣志》、《三 峽鎮志》等之「陳炳勳家藏古文書」，進行解讀與進一步探討。包括探討「陳 炳勳家族」之發展、十三添屯地的開發與流失、十三添地區水主「陳渭川」 等問題的探究。

Mr. Chen Ping-hsun called Taiwan Historica to temporary protect three pieces royal announcement from sub-prefect of Taiwan Aborigine Affairs in 1970. In 2010, his son Chen Po-hsiung took them back. This article focus in three pieces announcement. I want to study the development history of Chen's family, the rise and fall of Shin-San Tien（十三添） land and the story of water right owner Chen Wei-chuan.
