本文除旨在引介Robert Alexy所提出包含「受侵害之密度」、「抽象之重量」及「經驗上確定性之程度」三項因素之「重力公式」，俾作為我國探討基本權權衡活動及研究憲法釋義學之新工具，且欲藉由將「重力公式」與大法官釋字第689號解釋作結合性之討論及檢驗，來彰顯該公式之應用可能性及實用價值，並點出一個進行後續相關研究之方向。

This essay introduces the Weight Formula as a new tool for exploring the balancing act between fundamental rights and for studying the constitutional dogmatics in Taiwan. Proposed by Robert Alexy, the Weight Formula comprises three factors: intensity of infringement, abstract weight and empirical certainty. Through a comprehensive discussion and examination of the Weight Formula and Interpretation No. 689 of Taiwan's Constitutional Court, the author intends not only to demonstrate the potential application and practical value of the Weight Formula, but also to point out a direction for future research.
