心手相應是文學創作上的基本問題，本文分析了中國古代有關心手關係的各種論述及其歷史發展，指出其主要傾向是心手並重，並由此達到心手兩忘的審美境界。
英文摘要
The Correspondence of Mind and Hand is an essential problem of literature creation. This Essay analyses kinds of discussions and the development of the correspondence of Mind and Hand in Chinese History, and indicates that the correspondence tends to both Mind and Hand in order to get the aesthetic realm letting Mind and Hand both be oblivious.
