本研究旨在探討臺灣2014年實施十二年國教後期中等學校免試特招入學制度之變革，藉由問卷調查了解2015學年度高一、二學生對適性入學、入學選擇之認知及實施成效，並進一步了解影響適性入學之主要因素。本研究採問卷調查法，調查臺灣高中職134所學校高一、二年級學生。本次調查有效成功樣本數為6,628人，以SPSS統計套裝軟體進行資料處理，依據研究結果提出結論和建議，俾作為主管教育機關和學校未來改進之參考。

This study aims to explore the changes of exam-free enrollment and featured admission in post-secondary schools when Taiwan in 2014 implemented twelve-year basic education; then to analysis the transform between 2014 and 2015 school year of the admission systems; by questionnaire survey, to understand freshmen and sophomores in 2015 school year toward the cognition and implement effectiveness of adaptive enrollment, admission choice, and further to realize the factors of affect adaptive enrollment.
This study takes the questionnaire survey. Adopting stratified random sampling is to investigate freshmen and sophomores of 134 schools in Taiwan Senior High Schools and Vocational Schools. The valid samples of this study are 6,628.
According to the above findings, the researchers provide conclusions and suggestions for educational administration institutions and schools to reference in the future.
