碩士畢業生就業職能、薪資與工作滿意度之分析研究

國內取得碩士學位者近三分之一為在職身分,然現今學界對此一群體卻沒有深入的研究,據此,本研究乃區隔一般與在職身分的碩士,探討其進入勞動市場後,就業職能、薪資所得與工作滿意度之差異,並對造成此差異的因素尋求合理的解釋。本研究採用「臺灣高等教育整合資料庫碩士畢業後一年」資料進行分析,主要發現有三:一、在職專班碩士有較強的創新與專業知識技能,一般碩士則是團隊與抗壓性較強。二、在職專班碩士薪資最高,且畢業學校與學門領域對薪資助益最大。三、就業職能雖對薪資沒有太大影響,卻對工作滿意度有顯著的影響力,不論在職或一般碩士皆然。相較過去之研究,本研究對國內在職專班之現況有較為深入的掌握。

英文摘要

Nearly one of third people with master degree are in-service status, but there is not in-deep study about this topic in this academic field nowadays. This study focuses on the masters divided into general and in-service status to explore the differences of their employee competency, salary, and job satisfaction after entering the labor market, and to seek for the reasonable explanation for the factors causing the differences. The study adopts “Taiwan Integrated Postsecondary Education Database: One year after master graduates” with quantitative analysis. There are three main findings: First, these within-service masters own higher innovation and professional knowledge; whereas, the general masters have better capacities for teamwork and high pressure resistance. Second, in-service masters can earn the highest salaries; further, their university and academic domains will influence more beneficial. Third, in spite of in-service or general masters, the employee competency has strong influence on the job satisfaction, but it has no effect on their salary. By comparison with previous studies, this study has more in-depth analysis on the in-service program in Taiwan.
