本文主要探討以「素養導向」為課程目標之相關問題,藉由Paradis之雙語主義神經語言學理論觀點探討「素養」,為其定義,進而探討素養是否可以學習的問題,最後試圖從中提出適當之相關論述,以供教育界或學界作參考。
英文摘要
This paper discusses relevant issues concerning the key concept of “competency-based” as the objective of a curriculum. It discusses and defines the concept of competence (competency/literacy) from the perspective of Paradis’ Neurolinguistic Theory of Bilingualism. It explores the issue of whether a competence can be learned. The study finally suggests relevant discussions for reference in education or academia circles.
