本研究主要在探討籃球裁判滿意度-2013 年幸福基隆 Fighting3 對 3 公益籃球 賽，對象為參與本次比賽的選手。主要針對賽會中籃球裁判與紀錄員的滿意度狀 況。本研究在比賽中發出 300 份問卷，剔除答題不完整及無效之問卷，共計回收 有效問卷 200 份，回收率達 67%。研究採用描述性統計、次數分配等分析。結果 顯示，對裁判與紀錄員滿意度排序前五高分別是： (一) 比賽中裁判的儀態、 (二) 比賽中裁判的執法態度、 (三) 比賽中紀錄人員的是公正無偏袒的、 (四) 比賽中 紀錄員的態度、 (五) 比賽中紀錄員的溝通能力。不滿意度排名的後五項分別是： (一) 比賽中紀錄員對於比賽秒數控制的正確性、 (二) 比賽中裁判對比賽節奏的 掌握、 (三) 比賽中裁判判決的正確性、 (四) 比賽中紀錄員的儀態、 (五) 比賽 中裁判視線取位的正確性。依據研究結果建議需加強紀錄員事前的訓練及服務時 的儀態，次為比賽中的裁判執法技巧需改善。

This study is aimed to investigate the basketball referee satisfaction -2013 happiness Keelung Fighting 3 on 3 charity basketball game. The satisfaction of basketball referees and scorers was evaluated by the contestants. Excluding incomplete and ineffective answer, there were 200 validities in the 300 questionnaires, with 67% recovery. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics and frequency distribution. The best satisfactions were included (1) the deportment of referees, (2) the enforcement attitudes of referees, (3) the justice of scorers, (4) the Attitude of scorers, (5) the communication of scorers. The 5 dissatisfactions were included ( 1 ) the control of game timing by scorers ( 2 ) the control of scheduling by referees, ( 3 ) the correctness of judgment by referees, ( 4 ) the deportment of scorers, ( 5 ) the correct point of judgment by referees. Based on this study, some improvements were suggested, included the advanced training and the deportment of scorers and the enforcement ability of referees.
