接發球進攻與防守反擊是排球運動中最主要的兩個作戰系統，本文探討兩大系統相互關 聯性，針對比賽場上每個位置，在面臨狀況時所應採取的應變與行動，分析它們之間關係及 內涵，剖析比賽規律和相關性，以提供教練安排訓練暨練習團隊進攻防守戰術做為參考。藉 由提高接發球及防守的到位率及舉球員具備快速判斷擊球方向，與臨場組織反攻之應變能 力，便能提高接發球進攻與防守成功再次反擊之成功率，進而提高獲勝機會。

Attacking is the main scoring method in volleyball games, thus, excellent defensive skill is the key factor to create chances for counter attack. This article discussed the relationship between the two most important attacking systems, First round attack and counterattack, by analyzing the relevance and connotation of actions and reactions in different situations by position and clarifying the regularity and correlation during a competition. Therefore, this article provides coaches for reference about arranging trainings of attacking and defensing tactics and further enhance the strength and capacity of a team.
