目的:探究明志科大住校學生在運動行為、體適能表現及睡眠品質困擾之關聯。方 法:以明志科大所有一、二年級共 1,640 位學生為研究對象,平均年齡 18.7 歲,透過 「運動參與行為量表」、「睡眠品質困擾量表」及體適能檢測,取得相關資料; 經描述性 統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數、相關分析等進行分析。結果:學生平常參與運 動的人口達 52.8%,且選擇適宜的時間與強度為運動選項。體適能檢測一年級在「BMI」、 「立定跳遠」、「1600m」、「800m」優於二年級,而二年級於坐姿體前彎、立定跳遠等成 績,落在全國體適能常模「待加強」範圍水準。
Purpose:To explore the relationship between exercise behavior, physical fitness and sleep quality of Ming-Chi University’s students. Methods:The study takes freshmen grade total of 1,640 students, with an average age of 18.7 years, through ”Exercise Participatory Behavior Scale”, “Sleep quality distress scale” and physical fitness, to obtain relevant information. The samples are taken descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, ANOVA analysis and correlation analysis. Results:The population of students to take part in sport generally is up to 52.8%, and they select appropriate time and intensity of exercise options; physical fitness of freshmen is better than sophomore on BMI, standing long jump, 1600m and 800m, but the results of sophomore on sit and reach and standing long jump are in nationwide fitness norm standard range of "to be strengthened".
