台灣企業成長與國際競爭力，提供策略管理、國際企業及科技創新領域豐富的研究場域，亟需研究者投注長期而有系統的研究關注。「台灣企業與國際競爭力」專刊共收錄了七篇多元而各具特色的論文，分別呈現台灣企業創新成長與國際化過程中，所遭遇不同面向的問題。本文除了扼要介紹收錄論文的特色與貢獻外，並回顧國內主要期刊過去五年在三個領域的論文發表情形，據以提出對未來研究議題的建議，希冀能夠協助管理學術社群追求永續成長。

We highlight that the rich context of the phenomenal growth and global expansion of Taiwanese firms provides ample research opportunities especially for the field of strategic management, international business, and technology and innovation. We therefore urge researchers to devote systematic and continuous efforts to these directions. To facilitate productive research conversations on issues that challenge the pursuit of sustainable growth of Taiwanese firms, this special issue publishes seven research articles that represent quality research efforts from the three sub-fields. In addition to an introduction on the merits of each paper, we furnish a brief review on previous publications related to the focused issues in major TSSCI journals. Implications and suggestions for future research endeavor are also discussed, with an expectation of sustaining fruitful dialogues in the management community.
