一、學刊簡介 (About the Journal)
《淡江體育學刊》 (以下簡稱本刊) 致力於遵循學術倫理並落實同儕審閱原則。本刊為開放取用 (Open Access) 期刊，採雙盲同儕審閱制度，且不向投稿者或作者收取任何文章處理費 (Article Processing Charge, APC)。
(一)宗旨與收稿範圍
歡迎投稿運動、休閒、教育及身體活動等相關領域之原創性研究論文。恕不接受非作者本人撰寫之全篇翻譯稿件。
(二)出版頻率
由淡江大學體育事務處出版，每年定期發行兩期，分別為6月與12月。
二、投稿前須知與學術倫理 (Before You Submit & Ethics)
本刊高度重視學術誠信與研究倫理，所有投稿稿件均須遵循相關倫理規範。
(一)原創性與首次發表
來稿須為作者本人之原創作品，且為首次發表。稿件未曾以任何形式（部分或全部）刊載於國內外其他刊物，亦未同步投稿或於網路平台公開發表。作者須保證其稿件內容無侵犯他人著作權、違反學術倫理等情事。
- 學術倫理與規範
- 倫理審查：若研究取得人體實驗、人類行為科學研究倫理或動物實驗等同意，請加註在內文的受試者(研究對象)乙節中，並同時於文末加註研究倫理聲明。但若有涉及匿名投稿原則，則請於稿件接受後加註說明。
- 利益衝突與資助來源揭露：作者須揭露所有研究資助來源及可能之利益衝突。
- 禁止行為：禁止一稿多投、抄襲、資料捏造等不當行為，違者將依本刊規定處置。
- 人工智慧工具使用：若稿件撰寫過程中使用人工智慧工具，作者須於文末註明使用目的與範圍，並確認其不具作者身份。
- 作者貢獻聲明：如為多人共同著作，通訊作者須提供一份「作者貢獻聲明 (Author Contributions Statement)」，說明每位作者對研究工作的具體貢獻，建議可參考 CRediT (Contributor Roles Taxonomy) 等標準分類說明作者群所扮演的角色。此聲明有助於確保學術倫理透明度與作者歸屬。
- 作者資訊異動限制
作者群之排序須於投稿時確認，並應經所有作者同意。稿件一旦進入審查階段後，恕不再受理有關作者資訊（包括作者姓名、排序、通訊作者等）之異動申請。
(二)學位論文或研討會論文改寫來源註記
若稿件係由學位論文或研討會論文改寫，請於文章首頁以註解方式加註來源說明。
三、著作權與授權 (Copyright & Licensing)
(一)作者保有著作權與文責
稿件刊登後，作者仍保有其刊登文章之著作權。文章之觀點與立場不代表本刊立場，其內容所涉文責由作者自行負責，作者應確保所有資訊之正確性與完整性。
(二)出版授權協議書
稿件經本刊錄用後，通訊作者須代表全體作者簽署《出版授權協議書》。該協議書將授權本刊依據「創用 CC 姓名標示－非商業性 4.0 國際 (CC BY-NC 4.0)」條款，對論文進行出版、散布及收錄至相關資料庫。此授權方式確保作者保留著作權，同時賦予本刊必要之出版與散布權利，以促進學術交流與知識傳播。
(三)資料庫收錄與讀者使用權限
作者同意本刊以非專屬授權方式，將論文收錄至「華藝線上圖書館」、「國家圖書館臺灣期刊論文索引系統」、「臺灣學術期刊開放取用平台」及其他相關資料庫，供學術研究與教學使用。
各資料庫得依需求進行論文之重製、公開傳輸、授權用戶下載與列印，並可依平台格式調整編排方式。除另有說明外，讀者可依「創用 CC 姓名標示－非商業性 4.0 國際」授權條款使用本刊文章，惟須註明作者姓名與出處，且不得用於商業用途。
(四)引文、圖片等授權
來稿中若引用他人文獻、圖片、圖表或數據等，須明確註明出處，並由作者事先取得相關授權，以確保著作權之合法性。
四、稿件撰寫指引 (Manuscript Preparation Guidelines)
(一)投稿方式

(二)稿件格式
- 基本版面設定：使用 A4直式橫書格式，請自訂邊界，上邊界3公分、下邊界、左邊界、右邊界各為 2.54公分。與頁緣距離，頁首1.5公分，頁尾1.5公分。文件格線設定每頁38行，每行32字。
- 字體、字號、行距、縮排：標題採微軟正黑體，摘要內容標楷體，內文中文採新細明體，英文採 Times New Roman，字體 12點，單行行距，段首縮排 2個字元，左右對齊，段間距為 0.25行。
- 頁碼與行號：每頁須標明頁碼，每頁重新計算行號。
- 圖表總數限制：圖表總數以 12個為限。圖表寬度與內文一致，圖檔可為黑白或彩色，應清晰易讀，以利審查與閱覽。
- 中英文資訊：請於投稿系統中標註作者中、英姓名、服務機關與所屬部門、電子郵件信箱。若為英文稿件，可僅提供英文資訊。稿件內文應移除作者姓名、單位、聯絡資訊，以符合匿名審查的要求。
- 摘要撰寫：中英文摘要須明確標示以下五項標題，並以粗體字呈現：緒論 (Introduction)、方法 (Methods)、結果 (Results)、結論 (Conclusion)、關鍵詞 (Keywords)。摘要字數：中文500字以內，英文300至600字。關鍵詞最多5個，並應避免與題名重複。
- 文章結構：稿件內容應包括五大章節：壹、緒論；貳、方法；參、結果；肆、討論；伍、引用文獻。若屬運動社會史或哲學類論文，得採其他適切之章節安排。
- 標題與圖表表示方式：中文標題層級依序為：壹、一、(一)、1、(1)、A、(A)…。所有圖表須附標題，依序編號為表 1、表 2…與圖 1、圖 2…等，內容應簡潔清楚、易於理解。
- 標點與括號使用：中文標點請使用全形，英文使用半形。所有括號 ( )、[ ] 一律使用半形，且括號與內文間須空一格。括號後若接續標點符號，不須空格。
- 數字與單位：文中數字一律使用阿拉伯數字，單位採用國際公制單位 (SI system)，並使用標準國際符號。
- 外文名詞：應儘量譯為中文，首次出現時括號附上原文，除專有名詞外，外文字首不使用大寫。中英文縮寫應於首次出現時說明全名。
- 引用文獻：引用請以西元年表示，排列順序為中文、英文、日文、韓文、其他語言。為提升論文國際能見度與引用便利性，請於所有文獻列示 DOI 或連結網址。中文文獻請另附羅馬拼音，以利資料庫索引與國際讀者辨識。此羅馬拼音僅供轉換，不取代正式引用格式。
- 格式範例：請依「美國心理學會 (APA) 出版手冊最新版」之格式撰寫或下載本刊撰寫範例template。
- 作者排序與通訊作者：如為多人共同著作，請明確指明排序第一作者為「最主要作者」，並得另行指定「通訊作者」一人，負責與本刊進行稿件處理與學術聯繫事宜。
五、審查流程說明 (Peer Review Process)
本刊設有編審委員會，專責處理稿件之審查與出版相關事宜。
(一)審查制度
本刊採雙審制，審查過程採雙向匿名 (雙盲) 方式進行，即審查委員與投稿者身份皆予保密。稿件採隨到隨審方式辦理。
(二)初步審查與受件通知
本刊收到稿件後7日內，將以電子郵件通知作者稿件已受理。所有來稿將先由編輯團隊進行初步審查，確認是否符合本刊投稿格式與基本架構要求。格式不符者將退件請作者修正；若內容題材與本刊宗旨不符，不予受理。
(三)審查委員指派與期限
主編將依據稿件主題指派對應領域之編輯或審查委員，並指定二位審查委員進行審查。複審階段之審查，以兩週為審查期限。逾期未完成者，主編得另行指派審查人選，以維持審查流程之時效性。
(四)審查結果分類
本刊審查結果共分為四種，將以電子郵件通知投稿者，並附上匿名審查意見。
- 修改後刊登：若兩位審查委員均建議「修改後刊登」，由主編綜合評估後決定是否錄用刊登。
- 修改後再審：包括以下兩種情況：
情況一：一位審查委員建議「修改後刊登」，另一位建議「修改後再審」。
情況二：兩位審查委員均建議「修改後再審」。
上述情形皆須通知作者依據審查意見進行逐項修正，並提交修訂稿與「作者答辯書」。本刊將重新送交原審查委員或另行指派委員進行再審，直至審查結果為「修改後刊登」或「不宜刊登」為止。
- 不宜刊登：包含下列情形
情況一：一位審查委員意見為「修改後再審」，另一位審查意見為「不宜刊登」，將交由主編裁決。
情況二：兩位審查委員皆建議「不宜刊登」，交由主編裁決。
- 一位審查委員建議「修改後刊登」，另一位建議「不宜刊登」。將交由主編裁決是否退稿，或視情況指派第三位審查委員進行審查。
- 修正期限與回覆規定
若審查結果為「修改後刊登」或「修改後再審」，投稿者應於收到審查意見後兩週內，將修正後之稿件連同作者答辯書一併寄回本刊。逾期未送回修正稿，將視為放棄投稿與審查程序。若逾期補交修訂稿，則視為新投稿件，須重新進入初始審查流程。
(五)利益迴避原則
若本刊領域編輯本人投稿，該稿件之審查與處理事宜由主編另行分配予其他編輯或諮詢委員負責，相關編輯亦應全程迴避，不得參與審查委員名單之推薦，亦不得接觸該稿件之審查過程與結果，以確保審查程序之客觀與公正。
(六)刊登決議與排序
稿件經審查委員建議「接受刊登」後，將由編輯委員會進行最終審議，決定是否刊登於本刊。每期刊登之文章依投稿時間與文稿所屬領域之審查與處理進度順序排定，並視期刊編輯需求調整刊載期次。
六、刊登後事宜 (After Acceptance & Publication)
(一)文字修正與潤飾
本刊編輯部有權對來稿內容進行文字修正與潤飾，以提升刊登品質。
(二)英文編修服務
稿件經接受後，作者應尋求專業的英文編修服務，以確保英文摘要及論文關鍵資訊的語法、表達和學術用語達到國際期刊的品質水準。
(三)數位物件識別碼 (DOI) 賦予
本刊所刊登之每篇論文，將由編輯委員會主動申請並賦予獨立的「數位物件識別碼 (Digital Object Identifier, DOI)」，以確保其在國際學術資料庫中的永久連結性與能見度。
(四)稿酬與贈刊
稿件一經刊登，恕不另致稿酬。本刊將贈送當期紙本學刊一份予通訊作者留存。
(五)開放取用全文
作者可透過本刊網站之開放取用 (Open Access) 機制，自行下載該篇文章之 PDF全文。
(六)誌謝 (Acknowledgements)
本刊鼓勵作者在論文之「誌謝 (Acknowledgements)」部分，公開鳴謝研究經費來源、專業技術支援或其他協助者。

1. About the Journal
The Tamkang Journal of Physical Education is committed to excellence in academic integrity and peer review. It is an open-access journal employing a double-blind peer-review system. No article processing charges (APCs) are levied.
Scope
The Journal welcomes original research articles in sports, leisure, education, and physical activity. Translated manuscripts not authored by the submitting author are not accepted.
Publication Frequency
Published biannually (June and December) by the Office of Physical Education, Tamkang University.
2. Before Submission & Research Ethics
Originality and First Publication
Submissions must be original and unpublished. Manuscripts must not be under review elsewhere or publicly posted online. Authors must ensure their work does not infringe copyright or violate ethical standards.
Ethical Review
Authors must provide ethical approval documentation from a qualified institution if the research involves human subjects, animal experiments, or sensitive data.
Disclosure Requirements
•Funding sources and potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed.
•Use of AI tools (e.g., language generation models) must be stated at the end of the manuscript, specifying purpose and scope. AI tools do not qualify for authorship.
•For multi-author papers, the corresponding author must submit an Author Contributions Statement, preferably using the CRediT taxonomy.
Author Information Changes
The author's order and details must be finalized upon submission. No changes will be accepted once peer review begins.
Adapted Manuscripts
If the manuscript is adapted from a thesis or conference paper, this must be noted on the first page.
3. Copyright and Licensing
Author Rights and Responsibilities
Authors retain copyright. The views expressed are solely those of the authors.
Publication Agreement
Upon Acceptance, the corresponding author must sign a publication agreement authorizing the Journal to publish under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license, allowing non-commercial distribution and indexing.
Indexing and Access
Accepted articles may be indexed in databases such as Airiti Library, National Central Library’s Taiwan Periodical Index, and TOAJ. With proper attribution, readers may download, print, and share articles under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license.
Third-Party Materials
Authors must obtain permission for any copyrighted materials used (e.g., figures, tables, datasets) and cite sources clearly.

Formatting Requirements
•A4 portrait layout, 2.54 cm margins on all sides
•Font: Chinese – 新細明體; English – Times New Roman; 12 pt; single spacing
•Paragraph indent: 2 characters; justified alignment; 0.25 line spacing between paragraphs
•Include page numbers and line numbers
•Maximum 12 tables/figures; clear and legible; black-and-white or color accepted
Language and Metadata
•Chinese manuscripts must include a bilingual title, abstract, keywords, author names, affiliations, and emails
•English manuscripts may include English-only metadata
Abstract Format
Abstracts must include bolded headings: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion and Keywords
•Chinese abstract: ≤500 characters
•English abstract: 300–600 words
•Up to 5 keywords, avoiding repetition of title terms
Article Structure
Recommended sections:

Alternative structures are allowed for historical or philosophical papers.
Headings and Numbering
Use hierarchical numbering: 壹、一、(一)、1、《1》、A、《A》…
Tables and figures must be numbered (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1) and captioned clearly.
Punctuation and Symbols
•Chinese: full-width punctuation; English: half-width
•Use half-width parentheses and brackets with spacing rules as specified
•Use Arabic numerals and SI units with standard symbols
Foreign Terms and Abbreviations
Translate foreign terms into Chinese with the original term in parentheses upon first mention. Avoid capitalizing non-proper nouns. Define abbreviations at first use.
References
•Use APA 7th edition format
•List references by language group: Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, others
•Include DOIs or URLs for all references
•Provide Romanization for Chinese references for indexing purposes
Author Roles
Specify the first author and the corresponding author. The first author is considered the primary contributor. The corresponding author handles communication with the Journal.
5. Peer Review Process
Editorial Oversight
The Editorial Committee oversees all review and publication procedures.
Review System
Double-blind peer review with two reviewers per manuscript. Rolling submission is accepted.
Initial Screening
Authors will be notified within 3 days of receipt. Manuscripts are screened for format and scope. Non-compliant submissions will be returned.
Reviewer Assignment and Timeline
Two reviewers are assigned based on subject expertise. Review period: 2 weeks. Delays may result in reassignment.
Review Outcomes
•Accept with minor revisions
•Revise and resubmit
•Reject
•Mixed decisions are resolved by the Editor-in-Chief or a third reviewer
Revision Protocol
Authors must submit revised manuscripts and a response letter within 2 weeks. Late submissions are treated as new submissions.
Conflict of Interest Policy
Editorial members must recuse themselves from handling their own submissions. The Editor-in-Chief will reassign such manuscripts to ensure impartiality.
Publication Scheduling
Accepted manuscripts are scheduled based on submission date and editorial workflow. The Journal reserves the right to adjust publication order.
6. After Acceptance
Editing and Proofreading
The editorial team may revise accepted manuscripts for clarity and quality.
English Editing
Authors are encouraged to seek professional English editing services for abstracts and key content.
DOI Assignment
Each published article will be assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for permanent accessibility.
Complimentary Copy
Corresponding authors will receive one print copy of the issue. No honorarium is provided.
Open Access
Full-text PDFs are available for download via the Journal’s website.
Acknowledgements
Authors are encouraged to acknowledge funding sources, technical support, and contributors.
